Summary: alter page can add and drop page variables, but not page parameters. add parameters (and add parameter / add params) is a parse error. Adding a parameter to an existing page therefore forces create or replace page, which rewrites the whole page and loses everything DESCRIBE does not round-trip yet (for example page-variable bindings on input widgets, or a combobox's association binding).

Expected: alter page … { add parameters $Name: Module.Entity } and drop parameters $Name (same shape as add variables / drop variables), so a parameter can be added in place without rewriting the page.
Workaround: create or replace page with the full widget tree, which is lossy for anything DESCRIBE does not round-trip.
