Reverts #11993
Adding anchors to Algolia had the unforeseen consequence of removing the deduplication mechanism when searching pages so each anchor appears as a new hit.
Reverted and working on keeping an additional field which uniquely identifies each page without (e.g. rooturl) which we can use to deduplicate.
