I design and run backend systems in production: APIs, payments, real-time and IoT, and the cloud infrastructure and pipelines underneath them. I care about the unglamorous parts that keep systems reliable, like migrations, idempotency, observability and rollbacks. I also ship frontend and mobile when it helps close the loop.

Backend & APIs FastAPI and Go services with PostgreSQL, Redis and async I/O. Contract-first API design, RBAC and MFA, and test suites that grow with the code.
Payments & money flows Webhooks, wallets, payouts, refunds, ledgers and settlements. I model the whole flow end to end and test the edge cases on purpose.
Real-time & IoT WebSockets, MQTT telemetry and OCPP 1.6J charging, including routing commands across processes with Redis.
Cloud & DevOps AWS (ECS Fargate, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, RDS), Terraform and CDK, and GitHub Actions pipelines with approval gates, migration checks and automatic rollback.
Full-stack & mobile Next.js, React, Vue/Ionic and Flutter, including App Store and Google Play release pipelines.
AI-assisted engineering Production LLM tool-calling agents on the Claude API, and day-to-day work directing coding agents with clear specs and review.
- Infrastructure: moved Terraform state from local files to a locked S3 backend (76 resources, zero drift), then launched a second service on the shared infra with no changes to the first.
- Reliability: diagnosed a production OOM deploy loop and fixed it at no added infra cost, then added CI guards against migration/app version skew.
- Distributed state: replaced per-process WebSocket state with a Redis ownership registry and pub/sub RPC, which fixed random "charger not connected" failures across workers.
- Event-driven systems: replaced Celery with Lambda and SQS, including a debounced notifier that keeps partners informed on very large orders without flooding them.
- Security: found and fixed a cross-tenant data exposure while designing a new endpoint, and added a regression test before building on top of it.
