[feature request] add a generic "alternative" or "custom" payment method selector #240

CONTEXT: there are many country specific payment schemes/solutions. It is hard to make a custom integration via API for each exotic payment scheme. Also Stripe does not support all schemes out of the box via their API.
So instead of creating and maintaining different integrations, allow an admin to setup a custom settlement method very similar to the cash settlement but which allows merchants to keep track of payments done via the custom method of their choice.

TO BE:
add a generic "alternative" or "custom" payment method selector and allow the operator to give it a name, in your case "wero", and it's trated as cash! the chosen name would be used in the label, for the payments list.

The property "fiat_method" in the extras field of payment could then have "MYCUSTOMVALUE" (e.g. "Wero")
