The dataset loader dropped the first identifier of nested extension lists such as [[a,b]], producing incorrect credulous targets. Parse extension unions explicitly, reject malformed or undeclared solution identifiers, and preserve the first accepted argument.
Handle edgeless graphs with a correctly shaped edge index and retain the node dimension for singleton graphs in both refined models. Document the impact on historical artifacts: existing checkpoints and metrics have not been retrained with the corrected loader.
Validation: 26 tests pass in the CPU PyTorch/PyG environment, including four real dataset-to-model forward/backward cases and unknown-solution validation. The lightweight CI suite runs parser tests; runtime tests skip when model dependencies are absent.
