Importing the graph library from the repository root failed because internal imports assumed the GraphLib working directory. Support both package imports and the original script style, and add a pinned Python 3.11 CPU environment with a complete training example using the existing GCN.
Replace the landing page and legacy solver setup notes with a runnable entry point, architecture/code map, citation metadata and clear data/experiment scope. CI now executes real DGL forward/backward passes and both import styles.
Validation: 11 local tests passed with PyTorch 2.7.0 CPU and DGL 1.1.2. The four-argument example reduced illustrative training loss from 0.667989 to 0.362744. Historical benchmarks and GPU execution were not rerun.
