1. Root cause: iconTextPalette in DockPalette.qml used 100% opacity for normal/normalDark states and lacked hovered/hoveredDark definitions, making colors non-compliant with system design spec 2. Fix: change normal/normalDark alpha from 1.0 to 0.7, add hovered and hoveredDark states with alpha=1.0; bind SettingButton textColor to iconTextPalette in PanelPluginPage.qml 3.
