Description
Bring the code owner change from develop to main. The default owner in .github/CODEOWNERS is now @lidofinance/staking-core instead of @lidofinance/lido-valset-oracles (merged to develop in #204). The develop branch has no other commits ahead of main, so this PR carries only that change.
