Core list: link every core that has a page, add missing cores

The core list at guides/core-list linked only part of the cores that have a page in the library.

• 66 rows that named a core with a library page but had no link now link to it (BlastEm, Flycast, PPSSPP, PicoDrive, Play!, the Beetle cores, and so on).
• Added the cores that were missing from the table: AmiArcadia, Cemu, EKA2L1, FreeJ2ME-Plus, PCEE2, Redream, RPCS3, RustyNES and xemu. EKA2L1 and xemu have no page yet, so their rows have no link.
• LRPS2 links to its page in the docs instead of the absolute URL, and the EightyOne typo ("EighyOne") is fixed.

Update after rebasing onto the current master:

• a5200 and Stella 2014 link to the pages added since, and Stella 2023 and Tia have rows now.

• _typos.toml allows "Sintax", the Game Boy mapper named in library/gearboy.md. The spell check was failing on it on master as well.

• Vita3K and Xenia Edge have rows as well. Like EKA2L1 and xemu they have no page yet, so no link.
