feat(messages): reactions, pin, unpin and mark-read on the shared commands - #262

…mands T6 item 7, group 3. `max reactions add|remove`, `messages pin|unpin` and `chats mark-read` are cli-messaging's commands over the MAX Messenger; max's own are gone. Their --json answers take the shared shapes, each with its operationId: Reacted, Pinned and MarkedRead. `messages unpin` names a message, as `pin` and tg do; MAX unpins its one pinned message whatever the id.
