Apply shadcn preset #187

Describe the story

Create a shadcn theme preset using shadcn/create. Apply the preset to the project. Update the project documentation to include the preset value.

Acceptance criteria

GIVEN the shadcn preset has been applied to the web application
WHEN the web application is viewed
THEN the preset theme is visible throughout the web application
