Summary

  • upgrade the public runtime schema dependency from Zod 3 to Zod 4
  • release the declaration-type change as CTL2 0.3.0
  • preserve the CTL task contract and wire formats
  • keep TypeDoc strict by excluding only Zod-generated enum-map reflection nodes
  • update installation, adoption, changelog, generated declarations, and release-check documentation

Verification

  • clean npm@11.21.1 ci
  • npm@11.21.1 run check
  • 64 unit tests passed, including schema strictness, metadata, compatibility, limits, fuzz, and exact codec behavior
  • coverage: 99.21% statements, 80.64% branches, 100% functions, 100% lines
  • ESM, CommonJS, type-consumer, packed tarball, and Publint checks passed
  • npm@11.21.1 run release:check -- v0.3.0 passed
  • npm@11.21.1 audit --audit-level=high found 0 vulnerabilities
