MuiTooltip inherits MUI's 11px default font size #1892
Description
Symptom
MUI tooltips in Kanvas (canvas controls, layout settings) render at MUI's default 11 px (0.6875rem) and are hard to read at 1080p. Kanvas half: layer5labs/meshery-extensions#4413.
Root cause
src/theme/components/tooltip.modifier.ts styles MuiTooltip but does not override MUI's default fontSize, so every consumer inherits 11 px.
Fix plan
Give MuiTooltip.tooltip a font size of at least 0.875rem (14 px) from the theme's typography scale, with padding scaled to match, and cover it with a theme test in light and dark mode.

@shatrughantwt All yours. The fix plan is in the issue body: font size at least 0.875rem from the theme's typography scale, padding scaled to match, and a theme test covering light and dark mode.

Thanks! I’ll update the tooltip font size and padding using the theme scale, then add tests for both light and dark modes.
