Doc review: CLI and Helm reference v2.48.2

Everything except kosli_attest_sonar.md and the version stamp in overview.md is regenerated sample data: timestamps, fingerprints, SHAs and snapshot indices. None of it changes the docs' meaning.

• Issue: The new fallback advice says to use --sonar-project-key and --sonar-revision. That advice is for short-lived branches, which are never the project's main branch. But method 2 (lines 31-32) says that for any non-main branch you must also pass --sonar-branch, because "without this flag the scan cannot be found." A reader who follows line 26 exactly will still fail.
• Recommendation: Change the sentence to "Then use --sonar-project-key, --sonar-revision and --sonar-branch instead (method 2 below)." Optional: line 25 mentions --sonar-ce-task-url before method 3 introduces it. Adding "(method 3)" there would help readers.
