feat(mouse): add visualizer timing settings

Summary

Addresses #152

• Add configurable display and fade timing for the Pointer Ring.
• Add configurable duration for Pointer Ripples.
• Add click and scroll display durations for the Pointer Icon.
• Wire each setting into its live visualizer and Settings preview.

Tests

• tuist generate
• xcodebuild test -project Keyty.xcodeproj -scheme Keyty -destination platform=macOS
• Other: focused Pointer Ring, Pointer Ripples, Pointer Icon, and Mouse Settings view-model XCTest suites.

Run project commands from Apps/Keyty.

UI Changes

Not captured; adds Timing sections to the Ring, Ripples, and Pointer Icon Mouse settings tabs.
