Add CIS 2.0 self-assessment benchmark guide (self-assessment-2.0.adoc) for K3s v1.34-v1.37. Update hardening-guide.adoc reference to CIS 2.0. Update self-assessment-1.12.adoc release line note to v1.32-v1.33. Add self-assessment-2.0.adoc to nav.adoc. Ported from upstream PR: k3s-io/docs#602
