feat(eudiplo): move connection settings into shared eudiplo-config node - #24

Base URL, client ID and client secret are now configured in an
eudiplo-config node that can be shared between eudiplo nodes or created
per node. Each value is either an env variable (default
${EUDIPLO_BASE_URL}, ${EUDIPLO_CLIENT_ID}, ${EUDIPLO_CLIENT_SECRET})
or a string; a string secret is stored as an encrypted credential.
BREAKING CHANGE: the override checkboxes and per-node connection
settings are removed. Existing issuance/presentation nodes must select
an eudiplo-config node.
