Prepare the plugin for the upcoming CakePHP 6 release, using its current PHP 8.5 requirement and development dependencies.

• Require CakePHP 6, PHPUnit 13, and the CakePHP 6 coding standard; allow development dependencies while preferring stable versions.
• Update the plugin application annotation for CakePHP 6, simplify the test bootstrap, and target PHP 8.5 in Rector.
• Run CI on cake6 and pull requests with latest and lowest dependencies on PHP 8.5. Install the lowest-version validator before dependency resolution so it preserves the selected versions.
• Document installation of dev-cake6 and add helper registry coverage for inline rendering.

Validation: latest and lowest dependency sets each pass 164 tests / 345 assertions. Line coverage is 96.44%. PHPStan, PHPCS, Rector, Composer validation, and the lowest-version validator pass. The validator reports the expected warning that CakePHP's development branch cannot represent an exact stable minimum version. A separate application installs the plugin successfully with the documented stability settings.

Also ran the local CakePHP upgrade tool's cakephp60 Rector rules against src, tests, and config; no additional changes were required. Validation used CakePHP 6.x-dev at 3e13a73 and Chronos 4.x-dev at e3ac64b. Chronos remains a transitive CakePHP dependency.
