Summary
samples/artifactory/AFTER_DOWNLOAD/openai-download-risk-advisor: an AFTER_DOWNLOAD worker that looks up an artifact's existing Xray scan result and, if issues/violations are found, asks OpenAI's Chat Completions API to turn the raw counts into a short plain-English risk summary posted to Slack (falls back to raw stats if OpenAI/Slack aren't configured).ai-download-risk-advisor(Claude/WKS-2791) sample, swapped to OpenAI (OpenAiApiKeysecret,gpt-4o-minidefault model, Bearer auth).Test plan
