Summary

• After make update-all, prepare-cli-release rewrites slim/full Docker builder tags to the Go version in go.mod
• Align current Dockerfiles from golang:1.26.6 to golang:1.26.9 so release image builds match go.mod

Test plan

• Run .github/scripts/prepare-cli-release --dry-run and confirm the new sync step is listed
• Confirm slim/full Dockerfiles use golang:1.26.9
• On the next version bump where go.mod Go changes, confirm Dockerfiles are updated in the bump PR
