### ⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

* **install:** a failed name no longer stops `jlo install`/`jlo update` with several names; the names after it are installed and replaced too, and the run exits 1. A run stopped by SIGINT or SIGTERM now cleans up and exits 130 or 143 instead of dying of the signal.
