Hey, although you have correctly added a fuel bar and the loop to fill the fuel bar, it is currently not functioning as it should be. Even when the fuel bar is empty, the car will not stop the fuel bar from being any useful.

This pull request makes the fuel system fully functional by linking it to gameplay mechanics. The car now gradually slows down as fuel gets below 5%, stops and triggers a game over when fuel reaches zero, and fuel values are clamped to prevent going negative. In addition, the base car speed was increased and fuel pickups now spawn more frequently to improve game flow and balance.
