LLM requests name the program in User-Agent - #390

A proxy in front of the model server (LLMTray, a gateway) saw only "Go-http-client/1.1" — the same as any other Go tool — and could not tell ipsupport-code apart. Chat and every model-list/context probe now send "ipsupport-code/<version>", the value telemetry already uses. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
