The README examples still pointed at superseded models. This updates the provider samples to current IDs:
claude-sonnet-5,gpt-5.6-luna(andopenai/gpt-5.6on OpenRouter),gemini-3.8-flash, plus current open-weight models for Ollama (qwen3.5,gemma4) and MLX (Qwen3.5-4B-MLX-4bit). It also refreshes the OpenAI reasoning-effort note from the o-series to the GPT-5.6/GPT-6 generation.
