- AI-native, every day. Claude Code and Codex in delivery, agents connected to real systems, MCP to give models the right tools.
- Production over demos. Confidence thresholds, defined points of human review, and evaluation loops against what the business actually approves.
- Adoption is the deliverable. A tool nobody uses returns nothing, so I stay until it becomes how people work.
