Commit-by-commit review of a merge request #576

Reviewing a large MR as a single combined diff loses the commit-by-commit story: you can't see how the change was built up as you read it.

I'd like to browse an MR one commit at a time, the way you'd read a branch's history.

I have this implemented and can open a PR.
