Remove unresolvable wrapper shortcodes from text-annotations highlight page (23 languages) - #84

All 23 language variants of text-annotations/annotate-pdfs-groupdocs-highlight-java
wrapped their body in {{< blocks/products/pf/main-wrap-class >}},
{{< blocks/products/pf/main-container >}}, and
{{< blocks/products/pf/tutorial-page-section >}}, closed at the bottom along with
{{< blocks/products/products-backtop-button >}}. Despite being open/close-matched
(unlike the dangling-close-only variant fixed in #78/#80/#83), Hugo's production
build fails with "failed to extract shortcode: template for shortcode
\"blocks/products/pf/main-wrap-class\" not found" on this page family -- same
foreign/orphaned-wrapper defect class, just caught on the open tag instead of an
unmatched close. Hugo builds languages in order and aborts on the first failure
(arabic, alphabetically first), which is why only one language's path appeared
in the build log even though the defect spans all 23.
