  • credentials/sts: Prevent potential token leakage by disallowing HTTP redirects during STS token exchange. Previously, 3xx redirects were followed automatically, replaying the request body containing authentication tokens to the redirect destination. (#​9299)

fix(deps): hold google.golang.org/grpc at v1.83.2 due to GO-2026-6443

grpc v1.84.0 is affected by GO-2026-6443 and the fix is not yet in a full release. google.golang.org/api v0.299.0 requires grpc v1.84.0, so it is also held at v0.298.0. Also tidies the nested modules that replace the local go module.

test: update apitester snapshots

Regenerated after the upstream/master merge. The test dataset now returns two additional advisories (GHSA-q238-5cxm-5c9h and GHSA-wvqv-fj8w-qmhm); the diff is purely additive and unrelated to the dependency bumps.
