@evan-gordon not sure how the decision for upper case fluent operators but the docs are lowercase https://cql.hl7.org/16-i-fhirpathtranslation.html I see i am the only one conforming to the docs here. Maybe there is somthing I dont know |

…of System structured types Code, Concept, Quantity and Ratio are structured types in the CQL reference, so Descendants now returns their elements in declaration order instead of treating them as leaves. Unset optional string elements are skipped like nulls.
