Restore the YEAR and MONTH cases of dateTimeDifference so difference in _precision_ between counts boundaries again. Duration now uses its own dateTimeDuration helper: whole calendar months and years truncated toward zero, and whole elapsed periods from UnixMilli for weeks and finer, which does not saturate like time.Sub. Uncertainty is now only reported when an operand is coarser than the requested precision, and the duration of an interval shares the same path, including week precision for Dates.
