Issues

• CodSpeed: ShardedLatencyRecorder/1024workers and H2CUpgradeRequest swing 21x and 1.5x on identical code (walltime on the macro runner), so every report can flag them

• timeseries rps is quantised by the 256-request per-worker H1 flush: steady servers at ~14-16k rps show 36-49 of 90 seconds with rps 0 (each carrying a p99), so per-second throughput is unusable on low-rate cells

• ws and sse modes count frames without checking content: exchange() returns len(data) and readEvent() counts any event, so a wrong, reordered or corrupted echo is a success

• Follow-ups from #104: GO-2026-5024 in the tools module's x/sys, an unchecked Dependabot allow list, an inline govulncheck pin

• Rated mode caps the paced rate per process (one scheduler goroutine feeding one shared channel) and rounds sub-millisecond waits up to ~1 ms (time.NewTimer on an idle runtime)

• Follow-ups from #91: measure the H2 request-path cost on the cluster before the release bench (CodSpeed +11% unexplained), stale I3 ledger

• h2client: SETTINGS the server sends after the handshake are acknowledged but never applied, so a lowered MAX_CONCURRENT_STREAMS is exceeded

• h2client: a frame for a stream that has ended can reach the stream in its place (a late WINDOW_UPDATE credited to the next body; RST_STREAM answered by slot index)

• Follow-ups from #90: release-gate timeout depends on #91, churn-close release order, stale review text

• BenchmarkShardedLatencyRecorder measures goroutine spawn when b.N < numWorkers, so CodSpeed flags unrelated PRs

• h1client: a dial in progress cannot be cancelled, so a SYN retransmission at the end of a run stretches Run's elapsed time and deflates requests_per_sec

• h1client: a keep-alive request written into a connection the server closed while idle fails, where RFC 9112 §9.3.1 allows a retry of an idempotent method

• h1client: the response framing parser leaves the connection at the wrong position for close-delimited bodies, HEAD/1xx/204/304, TE+CL, trailers and HTTP/1.0

• h2client: a graceful GOAWAY fails every in-flight stream, including those at or below last-stream-id that the server still answers
