Closes #171.

Everything from 0.3.19 up was already English, while the entries from 0.3.12 down to the pre-alpha were Spanish. This translates them so the file reads in one language, matching the release notes.

• 0.3.12, 0.3.10, 0.3.8, 0.3.6, 0.3.4, 0.3.2, 0.3.1, 0.3.0, 0.2.1 and 0.2.0 translated to English.
• The duplicated ## [0.2.0] - 2026-08-07 heading is merged (the first one was empty).
• 0.3.10 now credits @sewnie for English translation #12, as the release notes already do.
• Em dashes replaced with plain hyphens in the headings and in the English block of 0.2.0.

No content is dropped: every issue and PR reference from the previous version is kept, plus #12, and the bullet count is the same.
