Overmind Orchestrator is a trusted Paseo plugin for governed multi-agent work. It provides Supervisor, Lead, and Peer roles, provider-neutral adapters, delegated work and alert routing, a causal notebook, anti-pattern detection, and contract locks.

The repository includes the Paseo manifest, public README, Apache-2.0 license and NOTICE, security policy, contribution guide, data-flow disclosure, npm shrinkwrap, and CI. The plugin requires Paseo >=0.13.2 and runs on the daemon host with the provider accounts configured there.

Optional behavior disclosed in README/OVERVIEW:

• The default semantic sensor downloads pinned all-MiniLM-L6-v2 model files from Hugging Face on first use.
• JEV review is disabled by default; when enabled it sends bounded objective/output/signals to api.typesafe.ai.
• Provider prompts and tool results follow the selected provider's configuration.
