Chrome ignores autocomplete="off" when it guesses a field could hold an address or email, so it was popping an autofill dropdown over the results as the user typed. An unrecognized autocomplete token suppresses it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01FErbL9ibotqqEfx4Fni4pR

Before: typing in the popup's search box (e.g. "fwe") could pop Chrome's address autofill dropdown ("fwextensions@gmail.com / Manage addresses…") over the results list.
After: the search box sets
autocomplete="quickey-search", so Chrome shouldn't offer address autofill there.Chrome ignores
autocomplete="off"for address/email autofill when its heuristics think the field matches, but it doesn't offer address suggestions on fields with an autocomplete token it doesn't recognize. How: added
autoCompleteto the<Input>insearch-box.jsxand regeneratedsrc/popup.htmlwithnpm run build:popup. Unit tests pass. Not verified in a real Chrome with saved addresses yet.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
