fix(deps): update vitest to 4.1.12 and vite to 8.1.6 - #24

Fix the @vitest/mocker advisories (code injection via unauthenticated manual mock registration, Windows backslash traversal) and the vite launch-editor and server.fs.allow advisories. vite was an auto-installed peer at 8.0.16, so pin it explicitly as a devDependency. vitestを 4.1.11 から 4.1.12 に更新（@vitest/mockerも 4.1.12 になる）．viteは vitest の peer として自動的に 8.0.16 が入っていたため，devDependency として 8.1.6 を固定で明示．pnpm-lock.yamlを更新．minimumReleaseAgeの設定は変更していない（公開から 7 日経過後に実行）．確認
