codex 0.163.0 embeds webpki roots that still trust the compromised eMudhra intermediates, and adds SSL_CERT_FILE to them rather than replacing them, so it reached the advisory's test host either way. alpha.9 carries webpki-roots 1.0.10; no stable release has it yet. codex 0.163.0 は，侵害された eMudhra の root を含む webpki-roots 1.0.5 を内蔵している．
SSL_CERT_FILEは内蔵のリストに追加されるだけなので，root を含まない CA ファイルを渡しても検査ホストに接続できた（status=200）．修正（webpki-roots 1.0.10）は 0.164.0 の alpha にしかないため，安定版が出るまで公式の alpha.9 パッケージを使う．emSign ECC Root CA - G3を 2 か所内蔵）SSL_CERT_FILEなし／あり）受け入れ条件
