概要
dprint はプラグイン（wasm と実行ファイル）を TLS で取得する．今の 0.54.0 は侵害された eMudhra の root を内蔵しており，通信を横取りされると偽のプラグインを渡されうる．修正版 0.64.1（webpki crates 更新）は nixpkgs にまだない（unstable と master は 0.61.1）ため，公式バイナリを使う．
