Cargo.tomlのcargo-dist-versionとrelease_artifacts.ymlのCARGO_DIST_VERSIONは 0.30.2 だが，dev shell に cargo-dist がなく，エージェントがnix shell nixpkgs#cargo-distを実行して承認プロンプトが発生していた．変更内容
flake.nixに agent-harness と同一のcargoDistoverride（version，src hash，cargoHash）を追加devShells.<system>.defaultの packages にcargoDistを追加確認
