Add missing examples for six functions - #1742

Conversation
Add runnable examples for deserialize, toBinary, encryptBinary, decryptBinary, paragraphFormat and xmlChildPos. All examples were tested on Lucee 5/6 and ACF 2021/2023/2025 (deserialize is ACF only). Also fix a few return types and related entries: - deserialize: returns string -> any. Adobe docs say "A string", but the function returns whatever the input contains (struct, array, ...). - encryptBinary, decryptBinary: returns string -> binary. Both return binary data on all engines. - toBinary: add toBase64 and toString as related functions.

Adds examples for six functions from the Missing Examples report (https://cfdocs.org/reports/missing-examples.cfm):
All examples are runnable and were tested on Lucee 5, Lucee 6 and ACF 2021, 2023 and 2025 with the same output everywhere (deserialize is ACF only, so Lucee was skipped there).
Small fixes along the way:
string->any. Adobe docs say "A string", but the function returns whatever the input contains (struct, array, ...).string->binary. Both return binary data on all engines (isBinary() is true).
