Fixed the CI failure caused by a k8s-openapi version conflict. The lock file maintenance introduced k8s-openapi 0.28.0 (via kube-leader-election) while kube 3.x still required 0.27.x, leaving the 0.28.0 instance without required version features. Updated k8s-openapi to 0.28.0, kube to 4.0.0, and kube-leader-election to 0.44.0 to align all dependencies on a single k8s-openapi version. Also fixed a deprecation warning for metadata_watcher.

Fixed the CI failure by merging master into the branch and updating Cargo.lock. The lock file was out of sync after the merge, causing both the pre-commit hook and Docker build (with --locked flag) to fail. The updated lock file now includes tower-http 0.6.11, windows-sys 0.61.2, and other dependency resolution changes.

The coordinated kube-rs 4 upgrade (#108), hcloud 0.26 (#100), and safe automerge policy (#110) are merged. This lockfile maintenance PR is now stale/conflicting: its branch still has hcloud 0.25 and obsolete source changes. Requested Renovate to regenerate/rebase it against current master. Do not merge its prior passing CI run; require a new locked Docker build, Rust tests and Helm tests on the refreshed head.
