chore(connectivity_plus/network_info_plus): update to nm version 0.6.0

Description

dbus.dart had a minor version update, which meant that nm.dart needed an update, which now means that connectivity_plus and network_info_plus can use the newest version of nm.dart 😄

Please let me know if you prefer two separate PRs for something like this, but I figured one would be less noise.
