docs: order presentation profiles and configured order lifecycles

Documents the order presentation and configured lifecycle features from fleetbase/fleetops#346 (Fleet-Ops 0.6.71), under a new Fleet-Ops Extension Points section of Extension Development.

Notes for review

• The action ids are the resource view registry ids (assign-driver, update-activity, view-metadata, …), matched exactly, as merged in #346.
• The pages state two current gaps rather than paper over them: the public REST API (/v1/orders) doesn't apply lifecycles, and the orders Active filter, live map and metrics assume the default status codes.
• The form's custom-fields section is left out of the native form section list: in a profiled form it currently renders nothing, because it isn't passed @customFields.
• Not compile-checked locally; relying on the preview build.
