The crop map is published per island, and nothing in it identifies a parcel. The converter set index_as_id, which numbers the rows of each file from zero, so the seven frames were concatenated with seven overlapping ranges: 177,543 distinct ids for 461,729 fields. The rows are numbered after the merge now. The converter also declared admin:subdivision_code "CB" — Cantabria — for the Canary Islands, which is "CN".
