Why
Follow-up from #696: the diagram renderer drops internal transitions whose source is a compound state.
Rendering follows the transition kinds of #723: internal drawn as an action inside the state, local and external as arrows.
Acceptance
Rendered diagrams show them; a regression test on the dot output.
