History after a region reached its final state #702
Description
Why
Every report found in other libraries (boost-ext/sml#440, xstate discussion 4906) expects the same thing: re-entering through history after the region completed starts fresh. UML clears the history in that case; the library restores the final state today (conflict K10).
Scope
A class-level flag that clears a history when its region reaches a final state. Default keeps current behavior. The issue should record whether the default should change in a later major.
Acceptance
The conflict:K10 PSSM case passes with the flag on both engines.
