Summary

Prepares myf5-cli for F5 Open Source Program Office (OSPO) review and public release:

1. Licensing & Governance (Apache-2.0):
   • Replaces internal proprietary notice in LICENSE with the standard Apache License, Version 2.0 (Copyright 2026 F5, Inc.).
   • Updates README.md, SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, CONTRIBUTING_AI.md, .github/CODEOWNERS, and .gitignore to remove internal-only banners and include the open-source community disclaimer and API Entitlement Prerequisite banner (noting that F5 must enable MyF5 API support per customer account).
2. Source Comment & Documentation Cleanup:
   • Replaces historical troubleshooting notes and internal_docs/ references in pkg/downloads/client.go, pkg/cases/client.go, pkg/cases/models.go, pkg/cases/client_test.go, pkg/ihealth/client.go, pkg/ihealth/models.go, pkg/ihealth/client_test.go, and cmd/myf5/main_test.go with concise, factual production Go doc comments.
3. Identifier Sanitization:
   • Replaces F5 UDF deployment UUIDs in README.md, docs/cli.md, and pkg/bigip/client_test.go with RFC 4122 nil UUID placeholders (00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.access.udf.f5.com).
   • Standardizes mock support case numbers in pkg/cases/client_test.go to 01234567.

Verification

• make all (gofmt, go vet, go test -v -race ./..., go build) passes cleanly.
• Zero matches for historical dates, internal_docs/, proprietary banners, or real identifiers across tracked files.
