Production Redis's primary and replica were scheduled on the same node, so a single node outage could make both unavailable. Add preferred pod anti-affinity with weight 100 across hostnames, scoped to this production cluster's Redis component.
This prefers separate nodes while allowing co-location when capacity is constrained. It does not make separation a hard scheduling requirement that could force additional node capacity. The change is limited to the production Redis scheduling policy; KubeBlocks/Redis versions, resources, replica counts, storage, and Sentinel configuration are unchanged.
