Spell out that serve overlays build results in memory instead of writing outdir, and that --servedir alone acts as a static file server. Related to evanw/esbuild#4393.

Summary
outdir/outfileunless a normal build also runs.--servedir=...alone (no entry points) is a plain static file server with no transform/bundle step.Fixes evanw/esbuild#4393.
