We want some way to provision a MQ (rabbitMQ compatible) set up somewhere
Why is this needed:
So we can do some real world testing of any cloudkit or related features that touch or use an AMQ compatible resource like rabbitMQ
Definition of done
- a test stack exists
- it has been tested as able to run (ie: some resources are created and destroyed)
- some code from the wider project can use said resources with appropriate configuration
