Round the last square icon buttons and the account button - #429

The sidebar collapse toggle, the phone header's menu and search buttons, the copy buttons on fact tiles and code blocks, and the phone Custom range button still had rounded-square corners. Icon buttons now match .icon-button's circle and the Custom button matches the pill range tabs.
The account button at the foot of the sidebar was the last rounded square in the shell. It is a pill now, a circle on the collapsed rail, and the avatar inside it is round.

Before: after #427 the sidebar selection was a pill, but the sidebar collapse toggle next to it still hovered as a rounded square. So did the phone header's menu and search buttons, the copy buttons on fact tiles and code blocks, the phone Custom range button, and the account button at the foot of the sidebar with its square avatar.
After: icon buttons are circles, matching
.icon-button, which was already round. The Custom button is a pill like the range tabs beside it. The account button is a pill (a circle on the collapsed rail) and the avatar is round.How:

The phone overrides that re-set the radius are gone. CSS only. A browser sweep of 18 pages on laptop and phone found no other square buttons.
